NAIC Meeting Updates

At the May NAIC meeting, the Statutory Accounting Principles Working Group (SAPWG) revised SSAP 107, Risk-Sharing Provisions of the Affordable Care Act, to remove several disclosures related to the transitional reinsurance program and temporary ACA risk corridor program, as these programs have expired.   SAPWG also recommended changes to the annual statement instructions for Schedule BA related to the Bond Project, which the Blanks Working Group is likely to adopt.
