Full-Time Experienced Audit and Accounting Professionals
Looking for a change? Become part of our insurance audit and accounting team. This career opportunity offers a wide variety of potential experiences such as financial reporting, insurance audits, corporate tax return preparation, and so much more. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
  • 1-8 years of audit or accounting experience
  • CPA license, or working towards a CPA license
  • Well-developed personal skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment

 

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

 

 

Full-Time Accountant
Full-time (or 80% time) accounting position.

 

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in monthly accounting, including journal entries and financial statement preparation preferred. Experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting software preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • CPA designation, or working towards a CPA license, preferred but not required.
  • Responsibilities and attributes:
    • Monthly accounting including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
    • Quarterly statement preparation and financial reporting.
    • Excel spreadsheet work to support audit teams.
    • Professional Skills: Demonstrates strong communication skills and willingness to correspond with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors.
    • Organized and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently and with a team.
    • Eager to learn our accounting processes, work toward professional development goals, and commit to our client service model to ensure timely and quality services.
    • Knowledge of statutory insurance accounting is NOT required as we can develop this skill set as part of our training process.
  • No travel required.
  • We anticipate this position to be in-office at our location in Middleton, WI for the first 6-12 months for effective training purposes. Once proficient in our processes and comfortable working independently, we’d extend our hybrid model, which is generally three days in-office.
  • Timing: Position to be filled by 11/15/2025.
  • Salary range:  65K-85K.
